UPDATE: As of 5:27:37pm PST, all game elements on DevHub are back up and running (except for Leaderboards, which should be back up shortly).  Thank you all for your patience during this process.  We will be working with our game backend partner to make sure downtime like this doesn't happen again (see BigDoor's explanation as to what happened here).
